Visual evidence presentations can be a critical factor in allowing jurors to evaluate the issues presented in an easily-understandable way

Juries today often expect visual presentations of data and evidence in the courtroom. While much of these expectations probably are the result of many more ‘crime scene’ and courtroom presentations on TV, they are none-the-less, reflective of the need for more visual input in trial proceedings.

The average person—whom is represented by the jury pool—simply understands that type of presentation more than simple verbal or textual explanations. Our staff has had considerable experience in creating such presentations, both in the criminal and civil justice systems.
